In most cases, yes. If the website is down due to issues other than hosting or plugins, it may take some time to diagnose the actual problem. Server, ISP, DNS, and other issues may cause a site to be disabled.
Good news! We roll over any unused hours on your plan into the next month. Your company will receive a monthly statement of work completed on the site and how much of your plan was used. You’ll be able to keep track of how many roll over hours you have at the beginning of each month.
