Vetsweb offers our Monthly Maintenance Plans for all website and business types. We offers budget friendly plans that include 24/7 website monitoring and security as well as monthly reports to see how your website is preforming. Whether you need monthly content updates or just an update here and there Vetsweb’s team of skilled web developers,  web designers and content writers are here to help!

  • We require a one month sign up for all new clients.
  • Once you’re signed up and subscribed, we will email your credentials to access our Help Desk.
  • From your Help Desk portal, you can submit support tickets or you can email the request directly to: helpdesk@vetsweb.us
  • Each support request is a 15 minute minimum deduction from your maintenance plan hours. You will receive an itemized detail for all services provided on your account each month.
  • What if you don’t use your allotted hours in a month? Unused hours will roll-over to the next month and will be available for future tickets. All hours must be used in the same calendar year.  Unused hours will not roll over into a new calendar year.
  • What if you go over the allotted hours in a month? Any additional hours used in a month will be billed at our standard hourly rate and invoiced after the completion of service. These invoices are due upon receipt and may be subject to auto-billing.
  • After the initial month, your maintenance plan subscription will become month-to-month and you may cancel at any time. We do not offer prorations or refunds on unused hours.
  • Routine Site Maintenance – As we do for all Maintenance Plan clients, we will run our monthly diagnostics and update your out-of-date website plugins.
  • Website Support – Our Vetsweb Help Desk ticketing system allows you to submit your questions, updates or issues and our help desk team at helpdesk@vetsweb.us. You will also be able to log in to your Help Desk account to follow and update your ticket(s). Our goal is to provide Vetsweb clients with the highest level of technical support we can from the initial service ticket request until we reach the final resolution.
  • Security Monitoring – Vetsweb deploys a WPMUDEV security plugin for all maintenance plan customers. This plug in monitors hacking attempts and any time a website goes down. Our team will be alerted to the issue and will provide immediate assistance.
  • Monthly Website Report – You will receive a copy of your website’s monthly report on the 2nd of every month.
  • Website Updates – We can edit existing pages, update images, add or removing pages or products. We can post blogs to make sure they are ready for search rankings.
  • Image/Photo Editing – Vetsweb will make any photo updates as well as ensure they are sized properly for your site.
  • Website Development – Vetsweb can handle any development required to finish your website. We can also work with you to help design and implement new items to your website to keep your site current and up to date.
  • Content Review – Updating your content is key to keeping your website up to date. Vetsweb content specialists can go through your site one page at a time to optimize your content.
  • Routine Site Checks – Vetsweb will be checking your website for problems. We perform speed checks, website audits and check for search issues or any other problems that may be keeping visitors from your website.
  • Need Changes on a Schedule – Vetsweb is your resource to make sure everything goes live on time. Scheduled email marketing, just send us your content. Vetsweb’s graphic designers will create your email graphics and content layout. We can even schedule it for you!
