First and foremost, we hope this message finds you in good health and in good spirits. With the ever changing situation surrounding COVID-19 and while we all try to navigate running a business or working from home; we understand your business may be affected. As we navigate these uncharted waters as a global community, the health and safety of our team, our clients, and neighbors is our top priority. On behalf of everyone at Vetsweb, I want you to know that first and foremost, we are thinking of you and your families’ well-being. Taking care of yourselves, and each other, is what is most important right now.


If you need an alert, pop up or banner on your website to update your customers on any COVID-19 related business changes please let us know.


You can submit a Help Desk ticket with the details of your update by emailing helpdesk@vetsweb.us or by logging on to your Help Desk account and submitting a ticket.


We are also allowing all of our employees and contractors to work remotely to ensure their family’s safety. This should not affect any incoming tickets or support provided for our clients’ websites, but it may cause a delay in communication and overall response time. However, we will respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as we can. If you have an urgent issue, please add URGENT to the subject line of your email or ticket.
