We are also allowing all of our employees and contractors to work remotely to ensure their family’s safety. This should not affect any incoming tickets or support provided for our clients’ websites, but it may cause a delay in communication and overall response time. However, we will respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as we can. If you have an urgent issue, please add URGENT to the subject line of your email or ticket.
